The G10 platform-style hitch rack was built with a versatile design to fit bikes of most frame sizes, shapes and styles. It differs from many of the racks on the market because of its cam lever action lever located at the base of the rack. This USER-FRIENDLY lever, allows you to fold your rack up against the vehicle for compact convenience, down to its horizontal loading position, or tilt down even further away from the vehicle to access the rear hatch. The tilt away feature works even while the bikes are loaded. The G10 has adjustable sliding wheel cradles that allow for a variety of bike sizes. To slide the cradles simply loosen the hand knobs and tighten them once they’ve been placed in the correct position. The ratcheting cradle straps secure the wheels to the trays. The locking adjustable hooks latch on to the bike frame to secure your bike to the rack. They are cushioned to prevent scratching and wear and tear on the bike’s frame. The locking threaded hitch pin secures your rack to the vehicle and works as an anti-rattle device to take the noise and movement out of your rack once it’s installed. This rack is a quality build, made of solid steel construction and finished with a powder coat that is durable and rust resistant. It is has a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturer and material defect.
